Annual Dues
Please remember that the fiscal year as stated in our bylaws begins January 1st for our Homeowners Association. 
BUT....
Dues are  $361.00 which are payable  on April 1st 2026 as per our covenants. 
 
The SWC Board of Directors put in place the following guidelines on  1/24/04 at their board meeting and discussed at the 2004  annual meeting:
 
If we do not have your annual dues by May 1st a letter of intent to lien will be sent out at an addition cost. You will also be charged a fee of the current interest rate on your late payment. 
 
If we do not have your dues by July 4th a Lien will be issued to your property at an addition cost.
 
If we do not have your dues by August 4th  a Letter of Demand and Foreclosure procedures will begin at an addition cost to the homeowner.

Please find enclosed the 2026 Assessment Invoice for the Sweetwater Creek Owners Association. The successful operation of your Association depends on the timely payment of vour assessments
Please note your assessment is due April 1, 2026.
Please make your payment payable to Sweetwater Creek Owners Association and not to Kingdom Management. Payments will not be accepted over the phone. If you mail your payment, you must detach and include the payment coupon in the pre- addressed envelope. In addition, Truist Bank makes the following requests:

Please do not send post-dated checks. Checks will be processed on the same day they are received. Do not send payments to our Jacksonville office.

Please do not include correspondence with your payment. Correspondence should be mailed to Kingdom Management, 12620-3 Beach Blvd. #301. Jacksonville. FL 32246

• Please include the Bill Pay Account Number with your payment.

You can make your payment online at www.KingdomManagement.com.  Select the Pay Online" tab to begin the online payment process. Truist Bank accepts the following credit cards which are credited the next business day: Visa, MasterCard Discover, American Express and Diners Card. Truist Bank also accepts eCheck which may take up to four business days to be credited. Please note that online payments by credit card or e-check are subiect to a Truist convenience fee.

Interest and/or late fees will be applied to your account in accordance with the covenants of your Association. Accounts remaining unpaid will be forwarded to an attorney for collections. The attorney will take all legal action available to collect the debt, including filing a lien and foreclosing on the lien. The owner is responsible for all legal fees and costs. Please make paying your assessment a priority to avoid the inconvenience and costs of collections.
